About Us
Jason Ferguson is an international best-selling author, speaker, and performance consultant known for helping individuals and organizations operate at their highest level under pressure. A former Division I athlete turned senior sales leader, Jason built his career in high-stakes environments where execution, accountability, and resilience are non-negotiable.
After two ACL tears ended his playing career, Jason faced the loss of identity that many athletes never prepare for. What followed was a decade-long battle with addiction and the process of rebuilding his life from the ground up. That journey became the foundation for his R.A.M.P. framework: Radical Accountability, Authenticity, Mission-Driven Habits, and Pathological Optimism, which now drives his work with students, athletes, and high-performance teams.
What makes this work different is not just Jason’s story, but the partnership behind it.

The Partnership
Jason and Dr. Devin Walker have been best friends since the age of seven. Dr. Dev, now Dean of Equity and Student Success at Cabrillo College, built his academic and professional work around the very challenges he witnessed Jason navigate firsthand. His doctoral research at the University of Texas at Austin focused on the intersection of college athletics and identity, examining how students make sense of who they are when performance, pressure, and transition collide.
Today, their work is built on a 34-year friendship, lived experience, and decades of research.

Why It works
Dr. Dev brings the structure of higher education, curriculum design, and institutional insight. Jason brings the reality of performance, adversity, and execution in the moments that matter most. Together, they translate identity into action and equip individuals with the tools to lead, perform, and navigate pressure with clarity and conviction.
Whether on campus or inside organizations, their mission is clear: to develop people who think differently, take ownership, and execute at a level that separates them in every environment they enter.
